Wash the cup by placing in boiling water for 7 mins. Dry & cool it before use. Fold the cup into U-shape with your thumb & forefinger. Relax your body & insert the cup while pushing it upwards. Pinch the base of the cup and squeeze to release the vaccum, & gently pull it out.
