How to's

1. Mix the Blonder Powder and Creme Developer in a plastic/ glass bowl. 2. Apply on dry hair, keep for 30-60 mins. 3. Apply the color on dry bleached hair, keep for 30-60 mins. 4. Rinse with conditioner, dry and style your hair!
