I have Multiple Sclerosis and fight fatigue every single day. With a low Vitamin B deficiency, I need all the help I can get. I have found a couple of natural vitamins that have helped but this B50 has went above and beyond my expectations! I generally take it in the middle of the day and it helps me stay focused and alert until the evening with my other vitamins. I would recommend it for anyone but especially for those with fatigue.
