Apply dots of the cream on your forehead, cheeks, nose & chin and gently massage in with fingertips in small upward-outward circles - Don't forget to apply on your neck & arms - Apply at least 10 mins before you step out in the sun as this allows the sunscreen to settle down and stay effective - Reapply after 3-4 hours
