What Is Heat Hardcore?
HEAT Hardcore helps support metabolic function, hormone health, increase in energy, and thermogenesis. It is the ideal thermogenic formula for men who are serious about their goals. It contains 275mg of caffeine for a thermogenic effect as well as dandelion and uva ursi. Heat Hardcore plus a healthy lifestyle may enhance the work you put in thus enhancing the results you receive.
How Does It Work?
Ingredients:
- Chromax: May aid in glucose uptake. †
- N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine: Can greatly benefit thyroid function, cortisol from stress and anxiety, and a healthy metabolism. †
- Caffeine Anhydrous: Promotes energy, focus, and alertness. †
- Uva Ursi: This works to help you shed water weight and reduce bloating. †
- Dandelion Root (4:1 Extract): Can boost energy, mood, motivation, and can accelerate fat loss. †
- SerinAid (20% Phosphatidyl Serine): Supports healthy hormone balance. †
- Capsimax Red Pepper Extract: Can support energy production by promoting healthy metabolism, the mobilization of fats for energy production, and thermogenesis by generating heat in the body. †
- Theacrine (as TeaCrine): Acts as a stimulant to improve energy, focus, and mood. †
- Gamma Butyrobetaine Ethyl Ester HCl (GBB): This has been shown to increase carnitine production by up to 300%. Carnitine works by transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be burned for energy. †
- BioPerine (Black Pepper Extract): Aids in the absorption of the other ingredients. †
Hers:
- 5-HTP: Shown to minimize cravings and promote healthy serotonin levels, which can help seek and scorch even the most stubborn fat stores. †
His:
- DIM (Diindolylmethane): May prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. It can also inhibit the formation of new fat cells; as well as reduce fat in problem areas associated with estrogen, leading to a stronger and leaner body composition. †
Who Should Take It?
This is the perfect fat burner for those who want extreme results. This is not a good option for those who are sensitive to stimulants.†

My new go-to fat burner.
FAQ:
How much caffeine is in this?
- Each serving has 275 mg of caffeine.
When is the best time to take this?
- You can take this at a time that is convenient for you, but it does contain caffeine so you may want to avoid taking it within six hours of going to sleep.
Comparisons:
- VS Bucked Up HEAT Hardcore Powder: This has many of the same ingredients but comes in powder form to mix in your drink. This does not come in two separate versions for men and women, however it is safe for both to take.
- VS Bucked Up HEAT Fat Burner: This only has 100mg of caffeine, so the Hardcore formula has nearly 3x as much power as the original. This would be a better option if you are sensitive to stimulants.
How Do I Take It?
Directions and Dosages:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving of HEAT daily (2 capsules) with 6-8 oz of water. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking within 6 hours of intended sleep. To accelerate and enhance results, HEAT should be used in combination with optimal hydration, exercise and proper diet.
